BERKELEY NEIGHBORHOOD
Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood has become incredibly popular in recent years. Berkeley is bounded by 38th Avenue, I-70, Federal, and Sheridan, and is anchored by Tennyson Street, offering easy access to I-70, simplifying trips to the Denver International Airport, the mountains, and concerts at Red Rocks. Berkeley also provides a short commute to Downtown Denver. Berkeley real estate has also become attractive to many home-buyers due its location adjacent to the trendy Upper Highlands and Sunnyside neighborhoods, in addition to the lakes located in the Rocky Mountain Lake Park and Berkeley Park.

And let’s not forget one of Denver’s coolest venues, the historic Oriental Theatre, which hosts a variety of live music, film, comedy, and live performances.
