LOHI NEIGHBORHOOD
LoHi, or the Lower Highlands, is the popular eastern section of the Highlands neighborhood, which until recently, was referred to as “North Denver.” Bordered by 38th Avenue, I-25, Zuni Street, and Speer Boulevard, LoHi is home to a mix of urban professionals, growing families, hipsters, and foodies who enjoy the quiet streets and convenience that this neighborhood offers. LoHi includes some of Denver’s best restaurants, whimsical boutiques, a weekly summer farmer’s market, the 3-story REI flagship store, as well as the Navajo Street Art District, which offers numerous galleries, fine dining, and great performance art.

Our favorite spots in LoHi include Linger, Root Down, Duo, Prost Brewing Company, Anna Be, and Sol Shine. We also love Avanti F & B, an upscale food court featuring pop-ups from some of Denver’s most popular chefs, with a central bar and amazing views from the rooftop deck.
