This neighborhood is one of many in our beautiful state, Colorado. Bounded by Downing Street, Broadway, Evans Ave, and I-25, Platte Park real estate has seen a lot of recent growth and development, although the neighborhood retains its historic charm and mature trees. The homes for sale here range from Victorian homes to Denver Squares to Craftsman bungalows to contemporary town homes and modern single-family houses.
Old South Pearl Street lies in the heart of this neighborhood, featuring numerous popular shops and eateries, including Stella’s Gourmet Coffee and Such, Sushi Den, Izakaya Den, Tavern Platte Park, and 1472 restaurant. The neighborhood’s namesake, Platte Park, offers locals a smaller green space in which to relax, while the larger and busier Wash Park is also nearby.
