RINO NEIGHBORHOOD

RiNo stands for the River North Art District, located in the northern section of Denver’s Five Points neighborhood. RiNo real estate lies within a rapidly evolving district filled with great restaurants, breweries, art galleries, co-working spaces, and the largest collection of street art in Denver, in a once-overlooked industrial area just north of the LoDo and Ballpark neighborhoods. RiNo homes for sale include a range of options, including Victorian architecture, contemporary townhomes, modern condos, historic industrial lofts, and live/work spaces.

Recent developments have harnessed RiNo’s industrial feel, incorporating it into the design of brand-new apartment buildings, office spaces, restaurants, and retail shops. What was once a gritty, neglected part of town with train tracks running through it, has recently attracted the city’s best planners and trendiest residents. The RiNo neighborhood provides a great deal of convenience, offering a variety of nearby amenities and entertainment, a short walk to Downtown Denver, a new light rail station at 38th and Blake, and easy access to I-70.

Some of our favorite spots in RiNo include Work & Class, The Populist, Green Spaces Co-Working Space, The Source – an artisan food market in a historic foundry building, EXDO Event Center, Tracks nightclub, Osaka Ramen, DaDa Art Bar, and Our Mutual Friend Brewing Company.
