JEFFERSON PARK NEIGHBORHOOD
Jefferson Park is named for the park located at West 23rd Avenue and Clay Street, in the heart of the neighborhood. Bounded by I-25, Speer, Federal and 20th Avenue, Jefferson Park is the definition of a “central location,” offering easy access to I-25 and Downtown Denver. Residents are minutes away from visiting Mile High Stadium, the Children’s Museum of Denver, and the Denver Aquarium. Jefferson Park is also located right in the middle of several other popular Denver neighborhoods, including the Upper Highlands, LoHi, and Sloan’s Lake.
Due to its convenient location, developers have flocked to the neighborhood, which has created a variety of new homes, townhomes, and condos for sale in Jefferson Park. While much of the new construction in the area has brought forth contemporary architecture, which tends to offer light-filled homes with balconies, rooftop decks, and great amenities, there are still plenty of Victorian homes for sale in Jefferson Park.
As Jefferson Park real estate is quickly evolving, commercial development has been close on its heels, which has paved the way for several of our neighborhood favorites, such as Sassafras American Eatery, Chile Verde, Sarto’s Social Italian Eatery, Jefferson Park Pub, and 2914 Coffee.
